Champagne Ayala was founded in 1860 and is located in Aÿ; it is one of the oldest Maisons de Champagne in the region. Pioneers in introducing a drier style of wine, Champagne Ayala produces hand-crafted, low dosage wines with a fresh and elegant taste.
A blend produced from predominantly chardonnay and pinot noir. Brut Majeur is the outstanding non-vintage brut from this great Maison. It is extensively aged in cellars and its low dosage (just 7g/litre) make it a highly versatile wine for numerous occasions and the best ambassador for the Maison style thanks to its freshness and elegance.
Rosé Majeur perfectly reflects the originality and delicateness of wines by this Maison. It is mainly made from chardonnay, but during its manufacture a small quantity of pinot noir is added from the finest crus from Reims mountain.
Le Blanc de Blancs
Champagne Ayala Blanc de Blancs is a limited production wine entirely made from chardonnay grand cru from Côte des Blancs, one of the three most prestigious areas in the Champagne region. This champagne is noted for its minerals and freshness with floral and citrus notes and a low dosage (6g/litre).
Strength and balance are the key words for defining Champagne Ayala Millésimé, principally made from pinot noir harvested from the Reims mountain grand cru. A structured, full-bodied wine that is aged for a long time in our cellars until it has perfectly matured.
A true work of craftmanship, Perle D’Ayala is produced in small quantities, only in outstanding vintages and using traditional local techniques. It is aged in the House’s cellars under cork for at least 8 years in bottles, allowing the development of a complex aromatic range sought-after by connoisseurs. Crafted exclusively from Grand Crus grapes, with a majority of Chardonnay and a touch of Pinot Noir.
